History

CDL Consulenza e Direzione Lavori SA was founded in 2007 by Massimo Greco.

Its primary activity since its inception has been Works Management, but over the years it has also addressed architectural design, project management and cost control.

Thanks to a group of skilled and close collaborators, CDL has been able to carry out its operations to become one of the leading companies in the Ticinese region.

In 2017, new associate Udo Oppliger joined CDL with the aim of expanding its activities to civil engineering and the management of complex projects.

CDL SA is active throughout Switzerland and abroad.

Vision

CDL believes in the social value of architecture and therefore promotes design that integrates with the existing area, respecting its morphology and historical values. This results is forward-thinking architecture without forgetting its roots, and which aims towards a certain level of living comfort and a low impact on the environment.

Massimo Greco

Graduated Civil Engineer and SSSTE Certified Construction Engineer.
Many years of experience in the field of construction, renovation, and substructure in Switzerland and abroad.

Udo Oppliger

Civil engineer graduated from the Zurich Polytechnic, SIA and OTIA member.
Many years of experience in the management of leading construction and craft companies.
Works management of major civil engineering projects and substructures.

Claudia Mazzoli

Graduated in Architecture at the Milan Polytechnic in 1995. She moved to Switzerland after several years of professional activity in Italy and abroad, where she mainly worked on renovations, restorations and architectural design. Today Claudia works on architectural design, project management, general contracting and supervision of both residential and commercial/industrial complexes with particular attention paid to quality of living and architecture. SIA and OTIA member.

Simona Filidei

Master's degree in 2012 at Florence’s Faculty of Architecture and Building Engineering, and OTIA member since 2016. Specialized in designing with the BIM method, rendering realization, sales brochures and works management.
